How to use

1. Adults: Apply up to 1cm of balm in and around each nostril using a clean fingertip and inhale through the nose
2. Children 10 years and over: Use up to 0.5cm of balm in the same way
3. Children aged 5–9 years: Use up to 0.25cm as above
4. Re-apply every 4 hours or as needed
