At LloydsPharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local pharmacy collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
