Germoloids Triple Action Haemorrhoids Piles Cream is a targeted treatment designed to ease the symptoms of piles (haemorrhoids) quickly and effectively. It combines a local anaesthetic for pain relief with ingredients that help reduce swelling and irritation in the affected area. Suitable for both internal and external use, this cream provides fast, cooling relief from itching and discomfort while promoting healing of haemorrhoidal tissue.

Containing zinc oxide and lidocaine hydrochloride, Germoloids also helps to protect and soothe the skin, making it especially beneficial during flare-ups. The moisturising cream base helps keep delicate skin hydrated and comfortable. This product is available without prescription and may be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor. Warnings and cautions

• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack and tube.
• For use in and around the anus only—do not swallow or ingest.
• If accidentally swallowed, contact your doctor or nearest A&E department immediately.

How to use

1. Check the tube seal before first use. Remove the seal by peeling from the tag.
2. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after application.
3. For external piles: apply the cream directly to the affected area.
4. For internal piles: screw the applicator nozzle onto the tube, smear cream on the outside of the nozzle, gently insert into the anus and squeeze the tube while withdrawing.
5. Use at least twice daily, with 3–4 hours between applications. Do not exceed 4 applications in 24 hours.
6. Always replace the cap firmly and keep the tube, cap and nozzle clean.
