How to use.

1. Place one to two tablets under the upper lip along the gum, allowing them to dissolve slowly over 1 to 2 hours.
2. Do not move the tablet with your tongue to avoid faster dissolution.
3. If two tablets are needed, place the second tablet beside the first, not on top.
4. Tablets are best taken after meals. Do not chew or swallow.
5. If you wear dentures, tablets can be placed comfortably between lip and gum.
6. If a dose is missed, do not double the next dose; continue as normal.
